Principal's Message
Car park safety
The safety of all in the carpark and car line are priority for staff on duty. We are currently working towards improving our carpark works to include a crossing over to the paddock and better equipped disabled parking spaces. With safety in mind, please be mindful of the buses entering and exiting the driveway. I wish to remind parents of the speed in which we approach the car park and car line as our little people are not always alert to cars when moving around vehicles. It is also important to remember that we need to be patient when waiting for children to exit or board cars- please do not break the flow of the car line by reversing and pulling forward to pass while a parent or carer is waiting for their child/ren in the line.
Concreting works update
I am currently working with the Building and Infrastructure Manager to look at the scope of works for our concreting. Unfortunately, despite careful consultation, planning and meetings, the works have not gone to plan, which is frustrating for all involved. This is especially the case for our students and staff as the big side of the playground is currently not available for a play space. I am assured that the concreters will be back on site over the weekend, with instructions to 'make good' the big side in readiness for next week.
2025 Enrolments
Enrolments are now open for the 2025 school year. If you are aware of anyone who may be interested in joining our community, can you please remind them that these will close shortly. Similarly, if you are not planning on returning in 2025, can you please let the office know as soon as possible as this impacts class structures.
Kind Regards, Bec
